Personalized items policy

Every personalized item is made just for you from the design you approve.

After you approve your design

Once you approve your final proof and production begins, your order can't be canceled, edited, or returned for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or preference.

We'll always make it right if

• the item is misprinted, damaged or defective;
• it doesn't match the proof you approved;
• we made a fulfillment mistake (wrong item, size or address error on our side);
• your order never arrives.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
